بررسی تأثیر یک دوره تمرین هوازی ویژه بر مقدار لپتین سرم مردان ورزشکار

بررسی تأثیر یک دوره تمرین هوازی ویژه بر میزان هورمون لپتین مردان ورزشکار

چکیده
مقدمه:اضافه وزن به عنوان یک عامل خطر برای بیماری‌های مربوط به شیوه زندگی مانند دیابت نوع 2 و بیماری قلبی عروقی شناخته شده است. از لحاظ بیولوژی، بافت چربی فراتر از یک ذخیره انرژی و یک بافت فعال است و پروتئین‌هایی مانند آدیپونکتین و لپتین را ترشح می‌کند که آن‌ها را آدیپوکاین می‌نامند. هدف: تحقیق حاضر بررسی تأثیر یک دوره تمرین هوازی ویژه بر میزان هورمون لپتین سرم(سطح پایه) مردان ورزشکار بود. روش تحقیق: به همین منظور از میان دانشجویان (ورزشکار) پسر دانشگاه آزاد واحد تاکستان، تعداد 30 نفر آزمودنی انتخاب و در دو گروه تجربی(15نفر) و گروه کنترل(15نفر)تقسیم شدند. گروه تجربی به مدت 8 هفته، هفته ای 3 جلسه ودر هر جلسه به مدت 1 ساعت با 65% ضربان قلب ذخیره بیشینه به تمرینات طناب زنی می پرداختند. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که لپتین سرم گروه تجربی در مقایسه با گروه کنترل بوطر معنی دار کمتر بود) 43/0 ± 291/1 در برابر 28/0 ± 67/.).بعد از تمرینات 8هفته میزان هورمون لپتین سرم گروه تجربی کاهش معنی داری داشت اما بعد از 4 هفته تفاوت معنی دار نبود.نتیجه گیری:در نتیجه افراد فعال دارای میزان کمتری از هورمون لپتین نسبت به افراد غیر فعال بودند و تمرین بدنی منظم یکی از عوامل کاهش لپتین به بود.

The effects of specific aerobic exercise on leptin serum in athletes men



Abstract
Background: Overweight is risk factor of deseise relate to life style like diabetes mellitus and cardiovascular disease.Adipose tissue is more than energy reserves and active tissue that secrete adipokines and leptin so also call adipokines .Aim of investigation was effects of specific aerobic exercise on the amount of leptin serum in athletes men .Therefore subjects included thirty athlete that divided two group,experimental(15n) and control(15n). experimental group underwent 8-week specific aerobic exercise program with a frequency of 3 d/w. The exercise consistet of a 60 minute (constant jump rope) training at approximately %65 of the individual maximal reserve heart rate. Result: Leptin serum levels was significantly lower in the experimental group compared with the control group.(0.67 ± 0.28) vs 1.291 ± 0.43). After 8 week training there were 8 significant differences for the levels of leptin in experimental group compared with the control group but after 4 week was not significantly differences . Conclusion: Leptin levels of who exercise regularly were found lower than levels in sedentary group. As regular exercise reduces body fat rate, it also reduces leptin serum.
