بررسی ارتباط بین وضعیت واقعی با برآورد ذهنی آمادگی جسمانی در مردان ۱۸ تا ۶۰ ساله

هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر بررسی ارتباط بین برآورد ذهنی آمادگی جسمانی با وضعیت واقعی در مردان ۱۸ تا ۶۰ ساله شهرستان رشت بود. روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع همبستگی می‌باشد که به شیوه پیمایشی و میدانی انجام شد؛ از میان جامعه آماری مورد نظر 384 مرد شهرستان رشت با میانگین سنی 8/11±21/38 سال و شاخص توده بدن 99/3±38/26 کیلوگرم بر مترمربع به‌صورت نمونه‌گیری تصادفی به روش خوشه‌ای انتخاب شدند. فاکتورهای آمادگی جسمانی شامل وزن، قد، چربی زیرپوستی، استقامت قلبی- تنفسی، قدرت پنجه‌های دست، انعطاف‌پذیری تنه با استفاده از آزمون‌ها و روش‌های استاندارد اندازه-گیری شد. برآورد ذهنی از آمادگی جسمانی نیز با استفاده از پرسشنامه اصلاح‌شده دلیگنرس و همکاران سنجیده شد. برای تعیین روابط بین برخی از متغیرهای تحقیق از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون استفاده شد. داده با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss نسخه 23 مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که بین وضعیت واقعی و برآورد ذهنی در استقامت قلبی- تنفسی (16/0=r، 031/0=p)، انعطاف‌پذیری عضلات تنه (28/0=r، 001/0=p) ارتباط مثبت و معنی‌داری، در ترکیب بدن (43/0- =r، 001/0=p) ارتباط معکوس و معنادار و در قدرت عضلانی، ارتباط غیرمعنادار (11/0=r، 38/0=p) وجود دارد. احتمالاً افراد زمانی می‌توانند برآورد ذهنی درست و دقیقی از وضعیت آمادگی جسمانی خود داشته باشند که در فعالیت‌های بدنی منظم شرکت کرده باشند و تغییرات حاصله از آن را در وضعیت آمادگی جسمانی خود مشاهده کنند.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between real and self-perception of physical fitness in men 18-60 years old in Rasht. The method of this research is correlational, conducted in a survey and field study. 384 male of Rasht city population with mean age of 38.2 ± 11.8 years and a body mass index of 26.4 ± 4.0 kg/m2 were randomly selected by cluster sampling. In this research, information was analyzed on two levels of descriptive and inferential statistics. Fitness factors including weight, height, subcutaneous fat, cardio-respiratory endurance, handgrip strength, and trunk flexibility were measured using standard tests and methods. Self-perception of physical fitness was measured using modified Delignières et al questionnaire. Pearson's correlation coefficient was used to determine the relationship between variables. Data were analyzed using SPSS 23.0. The results of this study showed that there was a significantly positive correlation between real and self-perception of cardio-respiratory endurance (r=0.16, p =0.031), trunk flexibility (r=0.28, p=0.001), a significantly negative correlation for body composition (r=-0.43, p= 0.001), and no significant correlation for muscle strength (r=0.11, p = 0.38). In general, it seems that people can accurately self-perceive their physical fitness status when by taking into regular physical activity and see actual changes in their physical fitness status.
