تاثیر14 روز مکمل سازی با ویتامین C بر عوامل اکسیدانی و آنتی اکسیدانی پس از یک جلسه فعالیت شدید در دختران فعال

چکیده

مقدمه: فعالیت ورزشی می تواند موجب تولید رادیکال های آزادشود. سپس پروتئین های شوک حرارتی و عوامل دیگر مانند مالون دی آلدئید، در جریان گردش خون محیطی و سایر بافت ها آزاد شده و استرس اکسیداتیو می شود. بنابراین هدف از این پژوهش بررسی تاثیر14 روز مکمل سازی با ویتامین C بر پروتئین شوک حرارتی 70 ، مالون دی آلدئید و ظرفیت تام آنتی اکسیدانی پس از یک جلسه فعالیت شدید در دختران فعال بود. روش کار: نمونۀ آماری پژوهش30 دختر فعال را شامل می شد . آنها به شکل تصادفی ساده در دو گروه قرار گرفتند. تغییرات پروتئین شوک حرارتی70، مالون دی آلدئید و ظرفیت تام آنتی اکسیدانی، قبل از مکمل سازی، 14 روز پس از مکمل سازی و بلافاصله پس از انجام فعالیت ورزشی بررسی شدند. یافته های تحقیق: تمامی اطلاعات با استفاده از آمار توصیفی میانگین، انحراف استاندارد، آنالیز واریانس با اندازه گیری های مکرر 2×3 و آزمون بونفرونی به عنوان آزمون تعقیبی، در سطح معناداری 05/0 ≥P ، تجزیه و تحلیل و بررسی شدند. نتایج حاکی از کاهش و تغییرات معنادار سطوح مالون دی آلدئید و ظرفیت تام آنتی اکسیدانی بود. اما تغییرات پروتئین شوک حرارتی70 معنادار نبود(05/0 ≥P) . نتیجه گیری: عضلات اسکلتی نسبت به فشار ناشی از یک جلسه فعالیت شدید ورزشی پاسخ نشان داده اند. بنابراین دو هفته مکمل سازی با ویتامین ث، موجب کاهش پراکسیداسیون جربی در غشاء سلولی،کاهش اثرات تخریبی اکساینده ها و بهبود و ارتقاء ظرفیت تام آنتی اکسیدانی شده است.

چکیده [English]

Exercise can induced production of free radicals. Then HSPs and another factors for example MAD release in peripheral circulation and another tissues oxidative stress. Accordingly, the purpose of this study was to assess the effects of 14 days vitamins C supplementation on , HSP70 ,MAD and TAC after one bout acute exercise training in active girls. Methodology and Materials: Investigation statistical subject were thirty active female .They randomly assigned in 2 groups. Serum levels of HSP70 , MDA and TAC measured before supplementation, after 14 days supplementation and after exercise.Results: All data are expressed as means±SEM and analysis of variance 2×3 and Bonferoni test was used for post hock (50/0 ≥P ). The results showed that the level of MDA decreased and TAC increased with 14 days supplementation , but the changes of HSP 70 did not significantly .Conclusion: Our data presented show that human skeletal muscle responds to the stress of a single period of exercise training. Therefore, two weeks vitamin C supplementation have deceased , lipid peroxidation on plasma membrane and the destruction affective of oxidants and improvement capacity antioxidant total.
