تأثیر یک جلسه تمرین مقاومتی بر سطوح سرمی آدیپولین و برخی عوامل تنظیم کنندة آن در زنان چاق و غیرفعال

چکیده

بافت چربی یک ارگان اندوکرین فعال است که به‌واسطۀ ترشح آدیپوکاین­ها در تنظیم شرایط متابولیکی بدن نقشی اساسی دارد. هدف مطالعۀ حاضر مطالعه تأثیر یک جلسه تمرین مقاومتی بر سطوح آدیپولین، فورین، فاکتور رشد تغییردهندۀ بتا 1، فاکتور نکروز کنندۀ تومور آلفا و شاخص مقاومت به انسولین در زنان چاقِ غیرفعال پرداخته است. بدین منظور 20 زن چاقِ یائسۀ غیرفعال (شاخص تودۀ بدنی>30 کیلوگرم بر مترمربع، 65-50 سال) به­طور تصادفی به دو گروه تجربی (12 نفر) و کنترل (8 نفر) تقسیم شدند. گروه تجربی در یک جلسه تمرین مقاومتی (سه دوره با 8 تکرار درشدت 40 درصد یک تکرار بیشینه) به مدت 30 دقیقه شرکت کردند. سطوح آدیپولین، فورین، فاکتور رشد تغییردهندۀ بتا 1، فاکتور نکروز کنندۀ تومور آلفا، انسولین، گلوکز و شاخص­های آنتروپومتری قبل و بلافاصله بعد از جلسۀ تمرین اندازه­گیری شدند. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده­ها با آزمون تی زوجی، تی مستقل و آزمون همبستگی پیرسون در سطح معناداری 05/0>P انجام گرفت. نتایج نشان داد اجرای یک جلسه تمرینات مقاومتی موجب افزایش معنادار سطوح فورین شد اما تغییر معناداری در سطوح آدیپولین، فاکتور رشد تغییردهندۀ بتا 1، فاکتور نکروز کنندۀ تومور آلفا، انسولین، گلوکز و شاخص مقاومت به انسولین مشاهده نگردید. بااین‌حال، تنها تغییرات آدیپولین بین دو گروه تجربی و کنترل معنادار بود. هم­چنین، بین سطوح اولیۀ آدیپولین سرم باارزش‌های اولیۀ شاخص­های آنتروپومتری و سطوح اولیۀ انسولین، گلوکز ناشتا و شاخص مقاومت به انسولین، ارتباط معناداری وجود نداشت؛ اما پس از یک جلسه تمرین مقاومتی بین تغییرات آدیپولین با تغییرات شاخص مقاومت به انسولین ارتباط معنادار و مثبتی گزارش شد. به‌طورکلی می­توان نتیجه گرفت اجرای یک جلسه تمرین مقاومتی در زنان چاق یائسۀ غیرفعال بر سطوح آدیپولین تأثیر نداشته و این پاسخ تا حدودی با تغییرات نیم­رخ التهابی و متابولیکی هم­سو هست.

چکیده [English]

Adipose tissue as an active endocrine organ has a pivot role in regulating metabolic states of the body, via secretion of pre- and anti- inflammatory adipokines. This study investigated effect of one session of resistance training on levels of adipolin, furin, transforming growth factor β1, tumor necrosis factor-α and insulin resistance in sedentary obese women. For this purpose 20 sedentary postmenopausal obese women (BMI>30Kg/m2, aged 50-65 years) randomly assigned in to experimental (n=12) and control (n=8) groups. Subjects in experimental group participated in one session of resistance training (2 sets of 8 repetitions at 40% of one-repetition maximum for 30 minutes). Serum levels of adipolin, furin, transforming growth factor β1, tumor necrosis factor-α, insulin and fasting glucose measured before and immediately after training session.
