تاثیر هشت هفته تمرین تناوبی با شدت بالا و تمرین تداومی با شدت متوسط بر سطوح GDF-15، تروپونین و CRP پلاسمای مردان جوان چاق

چکیده

هدف: هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر هشت هفته تمرین تناوبی با شدت بالا (HIIT) و تداومی با شدت متوسط (MICT) بر مقادیر 15GDF-، تروپونین و CRP مردان جوان چاق بود. روش شناسی: 45 مرد جوان چاق با شاخص توده بدنی بیشتر از 30، به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند و به شیوه تصادفی در 3 گروه 15 نفره شامل HIIT، MICT و کنترل تقسیم شدند. آزمودنی‌های گروه‌های HIIT و MICT تمرینات را به مدت 8 هفته و هر هفته سه جلسه انجام دادند. خون‌گیری از همه آزمودنی­ها متعاقب 10 ساعت ناشتایی شبانه در دو مرحله: 1. 24 ساعت قبل از شروع مطالعه و 2. 48 ساعت پس از آخرین جلسه تمرینی انجام شد. آزمون One way ANOVA و آزمون تعقیبی توکی برای بررسی تغییرات بین­ گروهی و آزمون t وابسته برای بررسی تغییرات درون گروهی، در سطح معناداری 0/05≤P  استفاده شد. یافته­ ها: نتایج نشان داد تمرین HIIT روی سطوح پلاسمایی GDF-15، تروپونین I و CRP در مقایسه با گروه کنترل تفاوت معناداری ایجاد کرد (0/05>P). در گروه MICT نیز سطوح پلاسمایی GDF-15 و CRP در مقایسه با گروه کنترل تغییر معنادار نشان داد (0/05>P)، اما مقدار تروپونین I تغییر معناداری نشان نداد (0/05<P). بااین حال، تفاوت معناداری بین تأثیر HIIT و MICT بر مقادیر پلاسمایی GDF-15 و CRP مشاهده نشد (0/05<P). نتیجه‌گیری: تمرین HIIT و MICT موجب بهبود مقادیر پلاسمایی GDF-15 و CRP مردان جوان چاق می ­شود؛ اما شاخص تروپونین I تنها در اثر تمرین HIIT کاهش می ­یابد. بنابراین، احتمالاً آثار سودمند تمرین HIIT در بهبود شاخص های آسیب سلولی پر رنگ ­تر است.

Aim: The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of 8 weeks high intensity interval training (HIIT) and moderate intensity continuous training (MICT) on plasma GDF-15, troponin and hs-CRP in young fat males. Methods: 45 obese youth males (BMI≥30) were selected purposefully and divided into three groups of HIIT (15 patients), MICT (15 patients) and control (15 people). Blood samples were taken from all subjects after 10 hours of overnight fasting in two stages: 1. 24 hours before starting the training program, 2. 48 hours after the last exercise session. Data analysis was done by one-way ANOVA test with Tukey post-hoc test and dependent T test. All statistical analysis was done at a significant level of P≤0.05 by SPSS software version 20. Results: Based on the results, plasma levels of GDF-15, troponin I and CRP in JIIT group showed a significant difference compared to the control group (P <0.05). Plasma levels of GDF-15 and CRP also changed significantly in the MICT group (P <0.05), but troponin I level did not change significantly (P> 0.05). Also, there was no significant difference between the effect HIIT and MICT on plasma GDF-15 and CRP levels (P> 0.05). Conclusion: HIIT and MICT improved the plasma levels of GDF-15 and CRP in obese young men. However, the Troponin I index only decreased following HIIT. Therefore, the beneficial effects of HIIT are likely to be more pronounced in improving cellular injury markers.
