مقایسه اثر 12 هفته تمرین های هوازی منتخب و پیلاتس بر برخی شاخص های پیکر سنجی و تعادل در سالمندان زن غیرفعال

چکیده

هدف از مطالعه حاضرمقایسه اثر دو نوع تمرین هوازی و پیلاتس بر شاخص‌های پیکرسنجی و تعادل زنان سالمند غیر‌فعال می باشد. به این منظور 50 نفر زن سالمند غیرفعال از بین جامعه سالمندان شهر نهاوند به صورت داوطلب انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفی به دو گروه تمرینات تجربی که در ادامه آمده، تقسیم شدند. سپس هر دو گروه تمرینات را مطابق دستورالعمل‌هایشان به مدت 12 هفته انجام دادند، هر هفته شامل 3 جلسه و  هر جلسه به مدت 60 دقیقه بود، سپس پس‌آزمون نیز همانند پیش‌آزمون اجرا شد. پس از اطمینان از طبیعی بودن داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون کولموگروف- اسمیرنوف، از تحلیل واریانس با اندازه­های تکراری با طرح 2×2 (دو بار اندازه گیری و دو گروه) استفاده شد. نتایج حاصل از پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که هر دو گروه در شاخص‌های اندازه‌گیری شده از پیش به پس آزمون تفاوت‌های معنا‌داری را تجربه کرده‌اند، اما بین دو گروه تمرینی پیلاتس و هوازی در شاخص‌های مزبور تفاوت معناداری وجود نداشت. بنابر الگوی نتایج پژوهش حاضر می‌توان هر دوی تمرینات هوازی و پیلاتس را به منظور بهبود ویژگی‌های پیکرسنجی و تعادل زنان سالمند توصیه نمود.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to compare the effects of 12 weeks Pilates and aerobic training on anthropometric characteristics and balance in inactive elderly women. For this purpose, 50 inactive elderly women from Voluntary elderly population of Nahavand city were selected and divided into two experimental groups randomly as following. Then both groups practiced according their instructions in training program (12wk, 3d/wk and 60 min/d). After ensure the normal distribution of data by using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Analysis of variance 2 × 2 (2times measured and 2 groups) method was employed. The results were showed that both groups experienced significant changes in indices measured from pre to post tests, but there were no significant differences in that parameters between aerobic and Pilates training groups. The findings of this study proved that both aerobic and Pilates training can be recommended to improve anthropometric characteristics and balance of older women.
