بررسی اثر یک دوره تمرین مقاومتی بر سطوح سرمی FGF6 و MyoD مردان و زنان میانسال

چکیده

هدف: به نظر می­رسد که تحت تاثیر ترشح برخی از فاکتور­های رشدی، افراد از سازگاری تمرینی متفاوتی در میزان توسعه قدرت و افرایش حجم عضلانی بهره می­جویند. هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی اثر 12 هفته تمرین مقاومتی بر سطوح سرمی FGF6 و MyoD مردان و زنان میانسال بود. روش­شناسی: در مطالعه­ای نیمه تجربی، 40 نفر از زنان و مردان میانسال شهرستان اراک (میانگین سنی 03/6±27/38 سال، وزن 28/11±12/77 کیلوگرم، قد 24/7± 05/174سانتیمتر) بصورت تصادفی انتخاب و در دو گروه تجربی (30 نفر) و کنترل (10 نفر) قرار گرفتند. گروه تمرینی 12 هفته تمرینات مقاومتی را بصورت 3 جلسه در هفته و با شدت 65 تا 80 درصد قدرت بیشینه اجرا نمودند. خون­گیری به ترتیب در 4 مرحله، قبل از تمرین و متعاقب آن در انتهای هفته 4، 8 و 12 تمرینی انجام شد و سطوح سرمی FGF-6 و MyoD به روش الایزا بررسی شد. پس از بررسی نرمال بودن داده­ها، از آزمون تحلیل واریانس یک­راهه با اندازه­گیری مکرر و آزمون تعقیبی بونفرنی در سطح معناداری کمتر از 05/0 استفاده شد. یافته‌ها:. تمرین مقاومتی باعث افزایش معنی­دار غلظت سرمی FGF6 (001/0=P)، غلظت سرمی MyoD (001/0=P) در هر سه دوره زمانی تمرینی (هفته 4، 8 و 12) شد که این تغییرات بطور همزمان با بهبود میانگین قدرت بیشینه شرکت کنندگان همراه بود و همچنین تمرین باعث کاهش درصد چربی بدن (021/0=P) زنان و مردان میانسال شد. نتیجه‌گیری: اجرای تمرینات مقاومتی می­تواند تاثیرات مثبتی برمیزان سطوح پلاسمایی FGF6 و MYoD مردان و زنان سالمند داشته باشد که با توجه به ارتباط مستقیم فاکتورهای مذکور با میزان توسعه قدرت، پیشنهاد می­گردد مربیان و متخصصین حوزه ورزش در طراحی تمرینات مختلف ورزشی بر ضرورت اجرای تمرینات مقاومتی اهتمام ویژه داشته باشند.

Investigating the effect of a period of resistance training on the serum levels of FGF6 and MyoD in middle-aged men and women

Aim:  It seems that people under the influence of the secretion of some growth factors benefit from different training adaptations in terms of developing strength and increasing muscle mass. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the effect of 12 weeks of resistance training on the serum levels of FGF6 and MyoD in middle-aged men and women. Methods:  In a semi-experimental study, 40 middle-aged men and women in Arak City (age: 38.27±6.03 years, weight: 77.12±11.28 kg, height: 174.05±7.24 cm) were randomly selected and placed in two experimental groups (n: 30) and control (n: 10). The training program included 12 weeks of resistance training in 3 sessions per week with an intensity of 65-80% of one repetition maximum (1RM).  Blood sampling was done in 4 periods, before training and following it in the 4th, 8th, and 12th week of training, and the serum concentration of FGF-6 and MyoD were measured by the ELISA method. After checking the normality of the data, a repeated measure one-way ANOVA, and Bonferroni's post hoc test were used at a significance level of P<0.05. Results:  Resistance training in all three training periods (weeks 4, 8, and 12) caused a significant increase in the serum concentration of FGF6 (P=0.001), the serum concentration of MyoD (P=0.001), and these changes coincided with the improvement of the maximum strength of the participants. Also, exercise decreased body fat percentage (P=0.021) in middle-aged men and women. Conclusions:  Performing resistance exercises can have positive effects on the plasma levels of FGF6 and MYoD in elderly men and women, due to the direct relationship between FGF6 and MyoD with increasing maximum strength, it is suggested that trainers and sports experts pay special attention to the necessity of performing resistance exercises in the design of various sports exercises
