بررسی تاثیر مکمل بی‌کربنات سدیم بر عملکرد بی‌هوازی، پروتئین I-FABP سرمی و پاسخ‌های متابولیکی زنان ورزشکار

چکیده

هدف: استفاده از مداخلات تغذیه­ ای مکمل­ های غذایی مانند بی­کربنات سدیم می­توانند عملکرد ورزشی و سلامت ورزشکار را بهبود بخشند و از خستگی پیشگیری کنند. هدف این پژوهش بررسی اثر مکمل بی­کربنات سدیم برعملکرد بی­هوازی، پروتئین I-FABP  سرمی و پاسخ­های متابولیکی زنان ورزشکار حین فعالیت ورزشی فزاینده می­باشد. روش شناسی: در این پژوهش تعداد 15 زن ورزشکار با میانگین سنی 10/1± 80/21 شرکت کردند. سه شیوه مداخله­ای هدفمند با استفاده از دارونما و سدیم بی­کربنات در مقادیر 3/0 و 5/0 گرم بر کیلوگرم وزن بدن مورد پژوهش قرار گرفتند. آزمون وینگیت در سه مرحله انجام شد. شاخصهای حداکثر توان بی­هوازی، میانگین توان و شاخص خستگی با استفاده از آزمون وینگیت مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. اندازه­گیری شاخصI-FABP ، PH،  یون بی­کربنات و لاکتات نیز با خون­گیری از ورید انجام پذیرفت. یافته­ها: نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که تفاوت معناداری بین گروه­ها در میانگین توان، شاخص خستگی و شاخص­های خونی وجود ندارد. تنها، نتایج شاخص اوج توان بی هوازی در دوز 5/0 معنادار بود (p<0/05).در دوز 3/0 تفاوت معناداری بین گروه­ها در اوج توان ،میانگین توان، شاخص خستگی و شاخص­های خونی وجود نداشت. نتیجه گیری: مصرف مکمل بی­کربنات سدیم با دوز 5/0 گرم بر کیلوگرم وزن بدن در زنان می­تواند حداکثر توان بی­هوازی را در این ورزشکاران بطور معنا­داری افزایش دهد. همچنین مصرف این مقدار مکمل بی­کربنات هیچ گونه آسیب گوارشی را ایجاد نمی­کند.

چکیده [English]

Aim: The use of nutritional interventions, food supplements such as sodium bicarbonate, can improve sports performance and athlete's health and prevent fatigue. It is recommended to prevent early fatigue and improve performance during competition. The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of sodium bicarbonate supplementation on anaerobic performance, serum I-FABP protein and metabolic responses of trained women during increasing sports activity.  Methods: 15 female athletes with an average age of 21.80 ± 1.10 participated in this research. Three targeted intervention methods were studied using placebo and sodium bicarbonate in amounts of 0.3 and 0.5 g/kg body weight. The Wingate test was conducted in three stages. The indexes of maximum anaerobic power, average power and fatigue index were evaluated using the Wingate test. Measurement of I-FABP index, pH, HCO3 and lactate was also done by taking blood from the vein. Results: The research results showed that there is no significant difference between the groups in average power, fatigue index and blood indices. Only, the results of the peak anaerobic power index at the 0.5 dose were significant (p<0.05).At the 0.3 dose, there was no significant difference between the groups in peak power, average power, fatigue index and blood indices. Conclusions: Taking sodium bicarbonate supplement at a dose of 0.5 g/kg body weight in women can significantly increase the maximum anaerobic power in these athletes. Also, consuming this amount of bicarbonate supplement does not cause any digestive damage.
