		<Abstract>Background: The aim of this study was to determine the effects of aerobic training in accompany with high fat diet (HFD) in youth period on hepatic damage in young male rats. Methods: forty young male rats (30 days old) randomized in normal diet control (NDC), normal diet training (NDT), high fat diet control (HFDC) and high fat diet training (HFDT) groups. HFD rats followed high fat regimen (5.817 kcal/g) for 30 days and the normal fat diet (3.801 kcal/g) was continued following to the 60th day of birth. Aerobic training was conducted for four weeks included on three training sessions from the 70th to 98th days of life. Results: Our findings showed no effect of NDT on hepatic ALT levels, however; it was significantly decreased in HFDT rats (P&lt;0.05). The hepatic ALT in HFDC rats were also higher than their NDC and NDT counterparts (P&lt;0.05). moreover, HFD regimen increased hepatic AST levels in comparison with ND (P&lt;0.05). Conclusion: We concluded that while training with normal diet had no effects on hepatic ALT levels, however; HFDT rats experienced its decrease. HFD was also elevated AST levels rather than ND. Exercise training was lead to AST downregulation in both ND and HFD rats so that it returned AST levels to a values comparable with NDC rats.</Abstract>
