تاثیر حاد فعالیت مقاومتی با و بدون محدودیت جریان خون بر فشارخون زنان میان‌سال مبتلا به پرفشارخونی و پیش پرفشارخون

چکیده

هدف: فشارخون بالا یکی از عوامل اصلی مرگ ‌و میر است و جستجوی روش‌های کنترل بهتر آن همواره از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار است. هدف این پژوهش، بررسی تاثیر یک جلسه فعالیت مقاومتی با و بدون محدودیت جریان خون بر فشارخون پس از فعالیت (PEH) در زنان پرفشارخون و پیش پرفشارخون بود. روش شناسی: 24 آزمودنی داوطلب به طور تصادفی در دو گروه 12 نفری شامل بیماران پیش ‍‌پرفشارخون (فشارخون: 5/12 الی14 میلی متر جیوه، سن: 88/1 ± 5/54 سال و شاخص توده بدن: 1/2 ± 05/27 کیلوگرم بر مترمربع) و پرفشارخون(فشارخون: 5/14 الی 16 میلی متر جیوه، سن: 05/2 ± 25/55 سال و شاخص توده بدن: 93/1 ± 51/27 کیلوگرم بر مترمربع) تقسیم شدند. هر دو گروه سه جلسه مختلف به فاصله هفت روز شامل کنترل، تمرین مقاومتی (3 ست با 20-30درصد یک تکرار بیشینه (1RM) با محدودیت جریان خون و تمرین مقاومتی (3 ست با 70%1RM) بدون محدودیت جریان خون را تجربه کردند. فشارخون و ضربان قلب در شرایط استراحت قبل از فعالیت، در فاصله استراحت بین ست ها و در دقیقه های 15، 30، 45، 60، 120 بعد از فعالیت و همچنین در شرایط استراحتی 24 ساعت بعد از فعالیت ثبت شد. داده ها با تحلیل واریانس اندازه گیری مکرر گروهی در سطح معنی‌داری P<0.05 مقایسه شدند. یافته­ها: در هر دو گروه پس از فعالیت مقاومتی کاهش‌های معناداری در مقادیر فشارخون سیستولی (SBP)، دیاستولی (DBP) و فشار میانگین شریانی (MAP) و همچنین ضربان قلب (HR) مشاهده شد که مقدار کاهش‌ها در جلسه تمرین با کاهش‌جریان‌خون شدت بیشتری داشت (001/0p< در همه موارد). نتیجه­گیری: به نظر می رسد تمرینات مقاومتی همراه با محدودیت جریان خون در کاهش فشارخون بیماران فواید بیشتری داشته باشد.

چکیده [English]

Aim: Hypertensive is among the leading causes of mortality and exploring alternative strategies for its better control has ever had special importance. The aim of this study was to investigate effect of acute resistance exercise session with and without blood flow restriction (BFR) on blood pressure in pre-hypertensive and hypertensive women. Methods:  24 volunteer subjects, were randomized into two groups (n=12) of pre-hypertensive (blood pressure: 12.5-14 mmHg, age: 54.5±1.88 years and BMI 27.0±2.01 kg/m2) and hypertensive (blood pressure: 14.5-16 mmHg, age: 55/25±2.05 years and BMI 27.51±1.93 kg/m2) patients. All three groups experienced three different sessions with a week washout interval including on control, resistance training (3 sets at 20-30% of 1RM) with BFR and resistance training (3 sets at 70% of 1RM) without BFR. Blood pressure and heart rate were recorded at resting condition, between sets rest intervals, at respectively 15, 30, 45, 60 and 120 minutes, post exercise and also at resting condition 24 hours post exercise. Data were analyzed by repeated measures analysis of variance test at the P <0.05. Results: There were significant falls in systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP) and mean arterial blood pressure (MAP) level as well as heart rate (HR) post exercise in both groups, with sharper drops observed in training with BFR session (P<0.001). Conclusion: It seems that resistance training with BFR could be more beneficial to lower patients’ blood pressure.
