The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of eight weeks of concurrent training (resistance and endurance) on insulin resistance and plasma levels of resistin and glucose in overweight and obese middle-aged men in Yasuj. Methods: The research method was quasi-experimental with pre-test and post-test design.  The statistical population was overweight and obese men aged 30 to 45 years in Yasuj. The sampling method was purposeful and 30 people were selected as a statistical sample and were randomly divided into two groups of  concurrent training and control. The subjects in the experimental group performed 8 weeks of  concurrent training and 3 sessions per week. Data on insulin resistance,  plasma resistin and glucose before and after concurrent training were analyzed using Kolmogorov-Smirnov, dependent and independent t-tests at a significant level of p<0.05. Results: The results showed that insulin resistance, resistin and plasma glucose levels in the post-test in the experimental group were significantly reduced compared to the control group (p <0.05). In contrast, no significant change was observed in all variables in the control group (p > 0.05). Conclusions: Therefore, it is can to suggest 8 weeks of concurrent resistance and endurance training that were performed in one session as one of the preventive and non-pharmacological methods to improve the metabolic, cardiovascular health status of overweight and obese middle-aged men.}, keywords = {Insulin esistance,Resistin,Glucose}, title_fa = {تأثیر هشت هفته تمرین همزمان بر مقاومت انسولینی و مقادیر پلاسمایی رزیستین و گلوکز مردان میانسال دارای اضافه وزن و چاق}, abstract_fa = {هدف: افراد دارای اضافه وزن و چاق که فعالیت بدنی ندارند، معمولا در معرض برخی بیماریهای متابولیکی و قلبی و عروقی مانند دیابت نوع 2 و گرفتگی عروق کرونری و پرفشار خونی قرار دارند. هدف از این تحقیق بررسی تأثیر هشت هفته تمرین همزمان (مقاومتی و استقامتی) بر مقاومت انسولینی و مقادیر پلاسمایی رزیستین و گلوکز مردان میانسال دارای اضافه وزن و چاق شهر یاسوج بود. روش شناسی: روش تحقیق از نوع نیمه تجربی با طرح پیش آزمون و پس آزمون بود. جامعه آماری مردان دارای اضافه وزن و چاق 30 تا 45 ساله شهر یاسوج بودند. روش نمونه گیری هدفمند بود و 30 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی ساده به 2 گروه تمرین همزمان و کنترل تقسیم شدند. آزمودنیهای گروه تجربی 8 هفته تمرین همزمان و هر هفته 3 جلسه را انجام دادند. دادههای مربوط به مقاومت انسولینی، رزیستین و گلوکز پلاسمایی در قبل و بعد از اجرای تمرینات همزمان با استفاده از آزمونهای کولموگروف اسمیرنوف، t  وابسته و مستقل در سطح معنیداری 05/0>p تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد مقاومت انسولینی، سطوح رزیستین و گلوکز پلاسمایی در پس آزمون در گروه تجربی نسبت به گروه کنترل کاهش معناداری داشتند (05/0>p). در مقابل، در گروه کنترل در همه متغیرها تغییر معناداری مشاهده نشد (05/0> p). سطوح رزیستین و گلوکز پلاسمایی در پس آزمون گروه تجربی کاهش معنی دار داشتند ولی در گروه کنترل تفاوت معناداری مشاهده نشد (05/0>p). نتیجه‌گیری: بنابراین، میتوان اجرای 8 هفته تمرین همزمان مقاومتی و استقامتی که در یک جلسه اجرا میشدند را به عنوان یکی از روشهای پیشگیرانه و غیردارویی برای بهبود وضعیت سلامت متابولیکی و قلبی و عروقی مردان میانسال دارای اضافه وزن و چاق پیشنهاد داد.}, keywords_fa = {مقاومت انسولینی,رزیستین,گلوکز}, url = {http://jahssp.azaruniv.ac.ir/article_14380.html}, eprint = {http://jahssp.azaruniv.ac.ir/article_14380_bd41a4b4481384a5f9e9cc2701a1da77.pdf} }
