However, sleep deprivation has effects negative and irreversible. Therefore, the purpose of the present study was to investigate the functional response, immune system and hormonal levels of the military to short-term sleep deprivation at different times of the night. Methods: The present study began with the purposeful and voluntary selection of 40 healthy military personnel, they were randomly divided into 4 groups (Group 1: Deprivation from 12am to 2am; Group 2: Deprivation from 2am to 4am, Group 3: Deprivation from 4am to 6am and Group 4: control group). Each group was evaluated in two stages before and after sleep deprivation. Results: There was a significant difference in pre and post-test sleep deprivation hours 12am to 2am static and dynamic balance, auditory and visual reaction time. Also, in deprivation hours 2am to 4am significantly changed the auditory and visual reaction time and cortisol. In addition, were increased cortisol and melatonin at time 4am to 6am (p < 0.05). Conclusion: The negative effects of sleep deprivation appear to occur at different dimensions and with different times, but only 12 to 2 deprivation have a deleterious effect on balance and reaction time and 2 to 4 deprivation on reaction time and cortisol.}, keywords = {Sleep deprivation,physical performance,Immunoglobulin,Military}, title_fa = {پاسخ عملکردی، سیستم ایمنی و سطوح هورمونی نظامیان به محرومیت از خواب کوتاه مدت با زمان های مختلف}, abstract_fa = {هدف: محرومیت از خواب در افراد نظامی بخاطر مأموریت‌ها و عملیات نظامی بیشتر بچشم می‌خورد و آن‌ها به‌صورت برنامه ریزی شده در زمان‌های ویژه‌ای به ترتیب در پست‌های شبانه از خواب محروم می‌شوند. این در حالیست که محرومیت از خواب اثرات منفی و جبران ناپذیری را با خود به همراه دارد. بنابراین هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی پاسخ عملکردی، سیستم ایمنی و سطوح هورمونی نظامیان به محرومیت از خواب کوتاه مدت با زمانهای مختلفی از شب است. روش شناسی: پژوهش حاضر با انتخاب هدفمند و داوطلبانه 40 فرد نظامی سالم شروع شد، که بطور تصادفی به 4 گروه (گروه 1: محرومیت از ساعت 2-12، گروه 2: محرومیت از ساعت 4-2، گروه 3: محرومیت از ساعت 6-4 و گروه 4: گروه کنترل) تقسیم شدند. هر گروه در دو مرحله قبل و بعد محرومیت از خواب مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. یافته ها: در پیش و پس آزمون محرومیت از خواب ساعات 12 تا 2 تعادل ایستا و پویا، زمان واکنش شنیداری و دیداری تفاوت معنی دار بود، همچنین در محرومیت ساعات 2 تا 4 نیز زمان واکنش شنیداری و دیداری و کورتیزول بطور معنی داری افزایش یافت. علاوه بر این کورتیزول و ملاتونین در زمان 4 تا 6 تحت تأثیر قرار گرفت (05/0P≤). نتیجه گیری: بنظر می‌رسد اثرات منفی محرومیت از خواب در ابعاد مختلف و با زمان‌های مختلفی ظاهر می‌شود، ولی فقط محرومیت‌های 12 تا 2 روی تعادل و زمان واکنش و محرومیت 2 تا 4 روی زمان واکنش و کورتیزول اثر مخربی دارد.}, keywords_fa = {محرومیت از خواب,عملکرد جسمانی,ایمنوگلوبولین,نظامی}, url = {http://jahssp.azaruniv.ac.ir/article_14013.html}, eprint = {http://jahssp.azaruniv.ac.ir/article_14013_2682138667db5de909814e17251b31fe.pdf} }
